Our services include writing professional resumes, job application letters and responses to selection criteria. Overall it is our ambition to help our client’s attain the positions they want through working with everyone individually, understanding personal needs and industry and producing exceptional documents which provide our client’s with a competitive advantage in the job market.

Designed for applicants seeking professional and middle management positions, generally with a degree or tertiary relevant qualification or middle management. Responsibilities usually include some employees and this service is often the level recommended to facilitate career change applications

Inclusions
- Each of the above services include all consultation time, information gathering, writing, assessing, editing and reassessing of your individual challenges, actions, results, background, achievements, career and education and associated questions asked. Information is read, assessed and questions redrafted where necessary.
- Each service will be effectively tailored to suit your requirements and give you a competitive advantage when applying for positions.
- The services also include all wording and rewording, formatting and presentation of the document in a professional layout, with up to 2 drafts of the document.
- All drafts and final documents are forwarded to you by email upon completion.
- All fees quoted include one revision of your documents. Revisions must be supplied within 2 weeks from the date of your first draft. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee of $25 per revision.
- A draft of your resume will be completed and emailed to you within 10 business days after all information has been attained from you.
- A final copy of your resume will be completed and emailed to you within 5 business days after all required changes have been received from you.
- If you require your resume sooner than this, please let us know. A surcharge of $30 will apply.
The Process
Step 1 : Choose the Individual Service or Package you require
Step 2 : Send us an email including the following details:
- Your selection and the final date which you require your document/s to be returned
- A copy of your existing resume and/or job advertisement (If you don't have a resume, please let us know and we will send you a customized resume questionnaire to complete)
- Your contact details, including your full name, address, email address and mobile and home number.
Step 3 : Sign Action Plan and Make Payment
After receiving your email we will email you a Client Agreement form to sign and return to us. Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of any document/s.
Step 4 : Commencement of Work and Communication with Client
Once we have all your necessary information, we will prepare a draft of your documents and email them to you in MS Word format within 10 business days.
Step 5 : Revisions and Approval
Once you have reviewed your draft and made any changes, we will prepare a final version of your documents and email them to you within 5 business days.
Payment
All payment must be made prior to completion of work.
Payment can be made via any of the following ways:
- cash
- cheque
- bank deposit.
Terms & Conditions
Should a client change his/her mind prior to commencement of work a $50 administration fee will apply. Should a client change his/her mind after commencement of work a $150 administration fee will apply. Monies are non-refundable when the client is in receipt of his/her resume or other career-related material.
Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client (please verify all dates and ensure all your details and information are accurate and complete prior to submitting your review of the document). Exceptional Tuition and Resumes will make all corrections under your guidance and your final review will be sent to you within 7 days. This is your final review. Any changes made after the second review will incur additional charges at $50 per hour. New information provided after completion of the final copy will incur consultation charges at $50 per hour).
Any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the resume, or other career-related documents provided to the client by Exceptional Tuition and Resumes is not the responsibility of Exceptional Tuition and Resumes as the client will have had every opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to final delivery and/or reproduction.
